T.O.S (Short and Sweet Version)

If its your first time commissioning me or first time in a while, please read the FULL T.O.S linked above!

I reserve the right to change my T.O.S and commission prices at any time _{(existing and paid commissions will not be required to pay extra)}I reserve the right to turn away any commission for any reason.I will almost definitely turn away a commission that has an unclear, hard to understand reference sheet. Skill level is not a factor in this, as long as I can tell exactly what you want and the details I need to draw your character, you’re good to go.I do not accept..
…commissions with themes of hate, LGBTQ+ phobic/exclusionist, violence, hard drugs, harmful stereotypes, extreme body type (extreme obesity and muscle), full armor, NSFW elements, Fetishes, Animal Genitalia. This is not an exhaustive list.I DO accept..
..commissions with furry, Ocs, couples, LGBTQ+, some armor, gore/blood, most body types (fit, slim, chubby, fat, short, tall and such), partial non-sexualized nudity. Weed and smoking are okay!Payment
100% of payment is due upfront via PAYPAL INVOICE or KOFITurnaround
My usual turnaround is about 2 weeks or less but please allow me up to 2 months to complete your commission.
If I am not able to finish within 2 months for an extenuating circumstance, I will issue you a refund and you may ask for one.
You may also elect to continue to wait for your commission if you wish. If 5 months is reached after you elect to continue to wait, I will go ahead and send you a refund for both of our sakes.Private Commissions

What is a private commission? I would have no right to post it anywhere, on any of my socials/portfolio/etc. You would have total control of where it is posted if at all.Credit
Do not obscure my watermark (cropping for profile pictures is okay), if watermark is obscured by cropping, please provide credit in your bio/post descriptionDo not claim my work as your own/someone else's regardless of copyright ownershipRefund Policy
Clients may not request a refund on work after payment has been sent. If I initiate refunds it will be based on percentages outlined in Refunds section of full T.O.S)Altering Art or Designs
You may alter my designs any way you want, and my artwork (especially if its because your characters design changed), but always credit me for the original piece and make it clear that the image is edited by you somehow! Credit and transparency is key! I will not alter old art or completed commissions of mine without payment for changes.
